These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Essex RoofCare, Great Easton, Essex.
Surveys and quotes
Roof surveys and quotations are free and carry no obligation. Every project is priced individually after a survey; there is no standard price list. A quote is based on what can be seen and accessed at the survey.
Accepting a quote
Work is agreed when you accept a written quote. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed and agreed with you before they go ahead.
Payment
Payment is by direct bank transfer. Payment schedules and any deposit are set out in your quote.
Guarantees
New roofs and flat roofs come with a 10-year guarantee. Guarantees on repairs depend on the specific job and will be stated in your quote.
Insurance
Essex RoofCare holds £2,000,000 public liability insurance.
Working hours and emergencies
We work Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Emergency call-outs are available within these hours only; we are not a 24-hour service.
